About
Ravenna has been practicing Yoga since childhood, but her true passion for the practice began years later while studying acting at The Juilliard School. What started as an escape from the intensity of New York City life, soon unfolded into a profound path of healing, self-discovery, and ultimately a whole new way of life.
Ravenna completed her 200-hour training at the Yandara Yoga Institute in 2013, followed by her 300-hour certification through Siddhi Yoga, and continues to study with master teachers worldwide. With over 13 years of teaching experience and extensive Svādhyāya (self-study), Ravenna has taught in studios across the US and Mexico, facilitated numerous workshops, and led a wide range of community Yoga events.
Ravenna’s teaching philosophy is rooted in the understanding that Yoga is far more than poses on a mat. She offers her classes with the intention of guiding students toward resilience and inner peace by studying the living linages of Yoga and cultivating a practice they can carry into every aspect of daily life. ॐ

Art Simoni
Yoga found Art later in life than most. A competitive athlete in high school and college, Art was drawn into a life of heroin addiction and alcoholism in his mid 20s.
At age 35 he went through drug rehabilitation and found that simply walking helped quiet his mind. This simple practice became his first step toward a practice of moving meditation and Yoga. In 2018 he walked into a hot yoga studio on a whim and was hooked by the physical challenge.. He earned his 200 RYT in 2020 from Tru Hot Yoga. His teaching style is greatly influenced by his teachers Kanella Barnes, Ben Kramer, Kendra Rickert, and Ravenna Fahey. Always a Sadhaka, Art hopes to inspire others who have an insatiable curiosity for all forms of yoga to develop their own daily Sadhanas, and encourage their quests toward devotional, spiritual and karmic unity.

The Shala
Shala means “home”, “abode” or “hall”.
Our hope is for this space to be a community-centered place of refuge — a Yoga ‘home’ to practice, learn, and grow together.
Sankalpa
Sadhika Yoga’s Sankalpa is to be a sanctuary for the soul — a space where practice becomes a way of living with awareness. Inspired by the teachings of Dattatreya, who saw every experience and element of nature as a teacher, we approach yoga as a path of integration—where inner peace is found not apart from life, but within it.
Here, movement becomes meditation, breath becomes awareness, and daily sadhana becomes a steady return to what is essential. Through Yoga, Kirtan, Meditation, and Seva (selfless service), we learn to listen more deeply and live with greater presence.
As a sangha, we honor the living linages of Yoga, the strength we find in community, and the ongoing journey of learning that “all is one”.
Sanklapa (संकल्प) - “San” - Connection to the highest truth. “Kalpa” - Vow.
“How shall I salute the formless Being, indivisible, auspicious and immutable, who fills all with Herself/Himself and who also fills the self with her/his Self?…O beloved friend, how shall I bow to my own Self in my Self? ”
