Join us for a transformative Somatic Flow Yoga experience designed to reconnect the body and mind through mindfulness practices including Somatics, pranayama, meditation and deep rest. Somatic Flow is designed to bring the body and mind into a more parasympatheic space to promote healing, rest and recovery.

Somatics refers to the practice of tuning into and becoming more aware of your body’s internal experience. The term comes from the Greek word soma, which means "body."

In somatic practices, the focus is on the internal experience of the body, rather than external forms or positions.

By bringing mindful awareness to the sensations, movements, and feelings within the body, we can increase body awareness, reduce stress, and improve overall health and wellbeing.
