Winter Yoga Nidra - Rest as a Sacred Practice
Winter invites us to slow down and turn inward. This guided Yoga Nidra practice offers a space to rest deeply and reconnect with stillness. Often called “yogic sleep,” Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation that leads you through layers of awareness into a state of profound relaxation and deep rest.
In this class, you’ll be invited to settle in with cozy props and blankets as you are guided through body sensing, breath awareness, visualization, and intention setting. We’ll honor the quiet, receptive energy of the season—allowing the body to restore and the mind to soften into a place of peace.
Please be sure to bring your own blanket, eye covering, socks and anything else to help you feel cozy and as relaxed as possible.

Space is limited to 15 participants. Be sure to sign up by Nov 21st to reserve you spot!
