What to Expect:
This immersive event invites you to explore the energetic layers of The Subtle Body—Prana (life force), Chakras, Nadis (energy channels), and Koshas (sheaths)—through mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing.
A unique Asana sequence to tune into subtle sensation.
Pranayama practices to awaken Pranic flow.
Chakra and Nadi exploration through Sound Healing, Chanting and Mudras.
Insightful Meditation and reflection on the Koshas.
A short discussion on Yogic Philosophy related to the subtle body.
What To Bring:
A water bottle, Yoga mat and any other props you might need. An eye covering of some type is highly recommended for the Final Savasana/Sound Healing portion of the class, and a journal if you'd like to take notes. Please note: This is a “non-heated” event. Expect regular heating/cooling of the Shala based on outside temps.
