Book Club is back!

Join us for Book Club! Each month we’ll explore a new book chosen to inspire, both on and off the mat.

This month we will be reading: Yoga and Long Life By Yogi Gupta.

All are welcome, even if you didn’t quite get around to reading the book. :)

We’ll have tea and something to munch on. Feel free to bring a snack to share!
