For the Love of Yoga is a two-hour practice devoted to honoring our love for Yoga! This special class offers space to dive deeply into all elements of the practice, including mantra, mudra, meditation, asana—and of course, an extra-long śavāsana. Come celebrate our collective love of Yoga that brings us back to our mats again and again.
