Meditation in Motion is a workshop that blends mindful vinyasa with focused work on arm balances and inversions. We’ll explore how strength, technique, and breath come together so challenging postures become an extension of steady awareness, rather than effort alone. Through intelligent sequencing, clear breakdowns, and plenty of time to practice, you’ll build confidence in arm balances and inversions while learning how to stay calm and present as intensity increases. This workshop is less about achieving a perfect pose and more about cultivating focus, resilience, and ease—turning movement into a meditative experience.
