7 Bhumikas
1. Subhechcha (Good Desire):
This initial stage involves a strong desire for spiritual growth and self-improvement, often accompanied by studying scriptures and seeking guidance from a guru.
2. Vicharana (Self-Inquiry):
The seeker engages in deep contemplation and reflection on the teachings, further exploring the nature of reality and their own being.
3. Tanumanasi (Subtle Mind):
The mind becomes more refined and focused, capable of deeper introspection and self-awareness.
4. Sattvapatti (Attainment of Light):
A state of inner illumination and clarity is experienced, where the world may appear dreamlike.
5. Asamsakti (Inner Detachment):
The individual becomes less affected by worldly attachments, desires, and emotions.
6. Padartha Bhavana (Spiritual Vision):
A realization of the ultimate reality or true nature of existence.
7. Turya (Supreme Freedom):
The final stage, where the seeker transcends all limitations and experiences liberation (moksha).
