Pingala - The Right Side
Pingala (पिल) "orange", "tawny", "golden", "solar": Associated with the right side of the body, solar energy, extroversion and is stimulating/heating.
Pingala runs from the right lower Chakras to the right nostril and corresponds to the river Yamuna.
