Associations: Creativity, sexuality, emotions, relationships, pleasure, and adaptability.

Imbalance: Can manifest as emotional instability, creative blocks, difficulties with intimacy, fear of change, and issues with reproductive organs.

Asanas: Key asanas for this Chakra include Goddess Pose (Utkata Konasana), Reclined Butterfly Pose (Supta Baddha Konasana), and Wide-Legged Forward Fold (Prasarita Padottanasana).
