Sanskrit Name: Ajna (आज्ञा ), meaning "command" or "perceive".

Color: Indigo.

Symbol: Owl

Lotus: Two Petals (Sun/Moon- Ha-Tha)

Gland: Pituitary

Bija Mantra: OM

Element: Light or Mahat Tattva (Supreme Element).

Associations: Intuition, insight, higher consciousness, wisdom, self-reflection, and inner guidance.

Imbalance: Can cause confusion, headaches, difficulty trusting intuition, and overactive imagination.

Asana: Key poses include Child's Pose (Balasana), Dolphin Pose (Makarasana), Downward-Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana), Forward Fold (Uttanasana), and Lotus Pose (Padmasana) with an uplifted gaze.
