The Subtle Body is the seat of breath and Prana, the network of Chakras and Nadis, the field through which consciousness flows, emotions move, and healing occurs.
In this course, we’ll explore key frameworks and practices associated with the subtle body. You'll learn about energetic anatomy, including systems like the chakras, meridians, and koshas; delve into Kriya and meditation techniques that activate subtle awareness; and examine how the subtle body is understood through a Yogic viewpoint.
